The project at 230-232 Bowen street was the construction of a 4-story, 3-unit development with garage parking for the residences.

This project consists of two new buildings on a parcel of land in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. Influenced by the 19th century Second Empire style, each building reflects elements from that style. Note the unique carriage house design of the smaller building.  The larger main building consists of 3-single family units while the smaller building is a 1-family.

The residences at 166-176 Gold street are a series of four townhouses on a slight slope behind the Sweeney Playground in South Boston. Each unit is 4-stories, with garage parking and its residence above. The roof decks allow stunning views of the city of Boston. Completed fall 2015.
